This years summercamp is planned to 1-5 of August (week 31). We have the date to 99% but we dont know for 100% until the 15 april but book this date in your calendar. As usual we will arrange our courses in connection to the camp.

We have changed the schedule a bit and will now have yoga classes in the morningclasses!

Last years yoga classes with Usama Aziz was very appreciated so we have worked hard to have yoga even this year. Now everything is settled and Rose-Marie Andersson, a very very skilled yoga instructors will teach yoga in the morningclasses! The morning classes have changed time and will start 08.15-09.00.

We will offer massage during the camp for everybody who wants to book it. Pernilla Holm is our masseuse  and you can book your massage  through this form or at the camp.
Prices: 150 kr for 30 minutes or 300 kr for 50 minutes.

During the summercamp we will offer everybody the oppurtunity to book a private class with anyone of our instructors. Book your class in the form below and we will try to make it happend for you.

Prices: 300 kr/person/1hour

Anna Dimberg, world champion in Ju-Jutsu 1994 and 1996 will be back this year to teach at the camp. Anna will together with Rob Haans create the perfect sport ju-jutsu mix!

We are very happy to announce that Sidney Silva will teach MMA at the summercamp.

Sidney is a very experienced MMA fighter with a very solid background with blackbelts in Judo, BJJ and long experience of kickboxing. Sidney will teach MMA at the camp and he is an important piece of the puzzel for a great lineup of instructors to the camp.
