On Saturday during the camp Musse and Usama will teach one class of their Ruffie training concept and the class will be outside (if the weather allows it). We belive it can be one of the biggest Ruffie classes ever. The class is open for all summercamp participants and is included in the summercamp fee.

Musse och Usama joins a already great instructors team. In a while we will inform you about instructors for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and more information regarding the camp.

Brief about Ruffie:
With influences from wrestling and martial arts Musse Hasselvall and Osama Aziz created Ruffietraining. Sparring drills were simplified so that someone with no prior knowledge can join a class. In a combination of couple-fight and individual physical challenges it is an innovative fitness concept that provides functional strength, stamina, coordination and balance. But Ruffietraining is more than that. There’s also a social exercise.

Rob is the best pound for pound fighter in JJIF Fighting with three world championship titles in three different weightclasses. Rob is a 5th dan black belt originating from Holland but now he lives in Malmö/Sweden with his family. Rob works as a salesman at SBI Sport.

Rob has been a regular instructor at our summercamps and he is very appreciated for his pedagoghic and techiqual skills.

Bertrand has been teaching at two summercamps (2008, 2009) before and he will bring his fantastic judoskills and his pedagoghic teaching back to the camp. Bertrand started training judo in 1977 in France and he became national champion several times and was a member of the national team for ten years.

He won a bronze medal in the 1990 European championships and he was very close to fight in the olympic games. He has also won the world championships in Judo for masters in 2008. After his judo career he moved on to Ju-Jitsu. He won the world championships in Bologna in 1994 beating Ricard Carneborn in the semifinal. Bertrand then won the worldchampionships in 1996 and 1998, the European championships and the World Games in 1997 before he stopped his active career as a ju-jitsu fighter. Bertrand started to train and coach MMA and in 2004 he got a offer to compete in Pride Championships in Japan and he became the first frenchman to win a fight there. Now days he teach and coach in MMA and his younger brother Karl Amoussou is one of the top ranked fighters in Europe. Bertrand has managed to get MMA approved as a sport in France and he is the president of the the official federation.


Karl Amoussou is born in 1985 in France and has a judo background just like Bertrand.

Karl also competed in Ju-Jitsu before switching to MMA. He made his debut in 2006 and he has a record of 20 wins, 4 losses and 2 draws. Karl has fought in M-1 Global, Dream, Strikeforce and recently he signed a contract with Bellator and won his first fight by submission. His nickname is “Psycho” and in the ring he really lives out his caracter but outside the ring he is a very friendly and symphatic person.

We really look forward to have two world class fighters such as the Amoussou brothers at the summercamp.

Last years yoga classes with Usama Aziz was very appreciated so we have worked hard to have yoga even this year. Now everything is settled and Rose-Marie Andersson, a very very skilled yoga instructors will teach yoga in the morningclasses! The morning classes have changed time and will start 08.15-09.00.
